The company acts as an intermediary for taxi booking services in accordance with DECREE 314/2016 of November 8, establishing specific conditions for hiring and commercializing taxi services, as well as the legal framework for mediation activities.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the rules applicable to passengers (“Users”) when utilizing the services provided on www.eltaxi033.com (“WEB ELTAXI033”), property of TAXI SERVICES PROVIDER S.L. (“Company”).
For your convenience, translations into different languages are provided; however, this Spanish version is the only legally binding document.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before accessing services provided by telephone or through the “WEB ELTAXI033,” you must explicitly accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be allowed access to the services of “WEB ELTAXI033.”
By submitting your service request through any channel provided by the Company, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. You also confirm your legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and/or your travel companions. Accordingly, you must notify us promptly regarding any modifications or cancellations.
Accepting these Terms legally binds you to them. Therefore, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTANCE.
TERMINATION
Both you and the Company may immediately terminate these Terms and the services provided through “WEB ELTAXI033” without any justification.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Company’s website and shall be deemed accepted by the User upon the initial use of any Company services, whether by phone, “WEB ELTAXI033,” or “Eltaxi APP.”
By confirming your booking, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and that you have legal capacity and authority to represent yourself and/or accompanying passengers. Consequently, you shall make the appropriate payments, notify us of any modifications or cancellations, and inform other travelers upon receiving the booking confirmation.
TELEPHONE SERVICE – CALL CENTER
The Company provides telephone intermediary services through multiple numbers, available 24/7, connecting Users directly to taxi drivers (“Providers”) for immediate services or reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and adjustments.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY “WEB ELTAXI033”
To use “WEB ELTAXI033.COM,” Users must register by providing truthful identification information. Only adults or minors with guardian authorization can register.
Upon registration, Users receive free, non-transferable access to “WEB ELTAXI033.COM” to request taxi services. The platform contacts the nearest taxi driver, providing the User’s location. Once accepted, the User’s details are forwarded to the driver. The taxi driver bears sole responsibility for any service anomalies (delays, no-shows, etc.).
“WEB ELTAXI033.COM” exclusively provides a free mediation service between Users and taxi drivers. This does not include internet connectivity, payment arrangements, or transportation contracts. For complaint purposes, driver details are provided to Users upon request.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
“WEB ELTAXI033.COM” directly or through dispatchers connects Users quickly to multiple taxi drivers.
The Company does not guarantee constant availability of taxis nor uninterrupted operation of “WEB ELTAXI033.COM.”

MINIMUM TAXI SERVICE PRICES – CALL CENTER/TAXIWEB (2023)
Standard Taxi Service: Minimum dispatch fee €12, with a maximum taxi arrival charge of €5.
Premium Taxi Service: From €20 (pickup from Madrid onward). Prices may vary based on pickup location and time (day/night/holidays). Users confirm acceptance upon booking.
Adapted Taxi Service: From €20 (pickup from Madrid onward). Prices vary based on location and time. Users confirm acceptance upon booking.
Trusted Taxi Service: Pre-booked at least one working day in advance, minimum dispatch fee €15.
Parcel Service: Minimum dispatch fee €12.
Cancellation fees after dispatch: €5 for all taxi categories.
IMPORTANT: Users who fail to pay these fees may be denied future services. For inquiries or disputes, please contact info@taxidemadrid.es.
Taxi drivers apply APC meter rates.
APP SERVICE MINIMUM PRICES
Taximeter Fare: Same rates as above.
Fixed Fare: Predefined price requiring specific origin and destination. Includes 10-minute waiting at pickup location; no intermediate stops, packages, or pets allowed. Minimum fare €12. For fixed fare inquiries, call +34 919 185 000 or WhatsApp +34 678 337 852.
Cancellation Fees: €5 after dispatch.
IMPORTANT: Users failing to pay minimum fares upon cancellation may be denied future services.
SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
If the User cancels after the driver accepts, the driver may act according to current reservation cancellation laws.
AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION
The system may automatically cancel any service request if no taxis are available within 15 minutes past the requested time. Users can inquire or resubmit requests at +34 919 185 000.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company is only liable for damages directly related to installing “WEB ELTAXI033.COM” on Users’ devices, excluding force majeure incidents. The Company is not liable for User data loss due to application malfunction; Users are advised to back up their data.
The Company will strive diligently to ensure taxi drivers respect Users’ rights. Users can request driver details from the Company in case of infringement of their consumer rights.
The Company, as an intermediary, is not responsible for drivers’ failure to provide services, delays, or no-shows, regardless of the booking channel.
The Company is not liable for third-party misuse of “WEB ELTAXI033.COM” via the User’s device.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
Drivers may refuse service to passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or as outlined in the current Taxi Ordinance of the Barcelona City Council.
Neither we nor our providers accept liability for extra costs resulting from passengers’ misconduct. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including texts, graphics, images, the ELTAXI033 trademark, subdomains, and software on “WEB ELTAXI033.COM” are exclusively owned by the Company. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or using this content inappropriately.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
TAXI SERVICES PROVIDER S.L. is not affiliated with the European Commission’s voluntary dispute resolution procedures.
These Terms and Conditions and all relations between the Company and Users are governed by Spanish law. Both parties agree to submit disputes to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
The Company reserves the right to make changes at any time to the Website and these Terms and Conditions.
