The company is considered a mediation company for contracting taxi services, pursuant to DECREE 314/2016, of November 8, which sets out the specific conditions for contracting and marketing taxi services, as well as the legal framework for mediation activities.
These Terms of Use (“conditions”) establish the rules that govern the passenger’s (“User”) use of the services contained on www.eltaxi033.com (the “Website”), owned by TAXI SERVICES PROVIDER S.L. (“Company”).
For your convenience, we provide a version translated into various languages, but the Spanish version is the only legally binding one.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
Before you can access both the telephone services and those contained on the Website, you must expressly accept these conditions. If you do not accept the “Conditions,” you will not be able to access the services on the Website.
By placing your service request through any of the service request channels available from the “Company,” you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept these conditions. You also confirm that you possess the necessary legal capacity and authority to accept these general conditions on your own behalf and/or on behalf of your companions. Consequently, you must notify us of any changes or cancellations on your part.
Acceptance of the “Conditions” means that you are legally bound by them. Therefore, PLEASE READ THESE “CONDITIONS” AND TERMS CAREFULLY before agreeing to them.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Both you and the “Company” may terminate these “Conditions” and the services contained on the Website immediately, without stating any reason.
The “Company” may modify these “Conditions” whenever it deems appropriate. The modifications will become effective once published on the Company’s Website and will be deemed accepted by the “User” upon the first use of the Company’s services through any of its channels—whether by telephone, the Website, or the ElTaxi.App. By using those services, consent to the new conditions is implied.
When finalizing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept these conditions and that you have the necessary legal capacity and authority to agree to these general conditions on your own behalf and/or on behalf of your companions. Consequently, you will be responsible for making the appropriate payments, must notify us of any modifications or cancellations, and must, upon receiving the reservation confirmation, inform the other travelers accordingly.
PROVISION OF TELEPHONE SERVICE – CALL CENTER
The “Company” offers a telephone service through various mediation phone numbers to connect the “User” with the Taxi Driver (“Provider”) for handling immediate services and pre-bookings 24/7 throughout the year (including modifications, cancellations, and service adjustments). This is carried out through operator dispatch services connected to multiple taxi drivers, so the “User” can connect as quickly as possible with a driver who can provide the requested transport.
SERVICES INCLUDED ON THE WEBSITE
To use ElTaxi 033’s services, the “User” must register by providing identification data. Such data must be accurate, truthful, and belong to the “User.” Only adults or minors with their legal guardian’s permission may register.
Once registered, the “User” is granted non-transferable, free use of the Website, through which a taxi may be requested. The Website will contact the nearest taxi driver, to whom the “User’s” location will be provided. If the taxi driver accepts the request, the “User’s” identification details will be sent to the driver. Once the driver accepts the service, the driver is solely responsible for any issue that may arise (delays, no-shows, etc.).
The Website exclusively provides an intermediary service—free of charge—between the “User” and the taxi driver. Therefore, this service does not include any other aspects, specifically:
Internet connections
Contracting and payment for the transportation service
The passenger transportation contract between the taxi driver and the “User”
For filing complaints, the “User” will be given the taxi driver’s details so they can submit any relevant complaint directly to the driver.
SERVICE PROVISION
The Website is directly connected (or connected via dispatch services) to multiple taxi drivers so that the “User” can connect as quickly as possible with a taxi driver able to provide the transport.
Since this mediation activity is limited to putting the “User” in contact with the taxi driver, the Company does not itself contract any transport service on its own account. Therefore, it does not guarantee that a taxi will always be available at the requested time. Even though ElTaxi 033 is planned to operate continuously, the “Company” does not guarantee uninterrupted availability for the “User.”
At its offices, the Company maintains a user support department to handle any questions users might have. Alternatively, there is also a customer service email available at info@eltaxi033.com.
MINIMUM FARES FOR TAXI SERVICES – CALL CENTER / TAXIWEB MENU (2025)
Conventional Taxi Service:
Dispatch Center Minimum Fare: €10
Taxis can arrive at the pickup location with the meter reading a maximum of €4.5
Premium Taxi Service:
Minimum service fare starts at €20 for pickups originating in Barcelona and beyond.
These amounts may vary depending on the municipality of pickup in the AMB area and the hourly rate (nighttime or holidays).
The minimum fare is communicated in advance by the Operator or the Taxiweb System. By accepting the service confirmation, the user agrees to the minimum fare conditions offered by the dispatch center.
Taxis can arrive at the pickup location with the meter reading a maximum of €4.5.
Adapted Taxi Service:
Minimum service fare starts at €20 for pickups originating in Barcelona and beyond.
These amounts may vary depending on the municipality of pickup in the AMB area and the hourly rate (nighttime or holidays).
The minimum fare is communicated in advance by the Operator or the Taxiweb System. By accepting the service confirmation, the user agrees to the minimum fare conditions offered by the dispatch center.
Taxis can arrive at the pickup location with the meter reading a maximum of €4.5.
Trusted Taxi Service:
A taxi reserved at least one (business) day in advance using a Trusted Taxi Driver code.
Dispatch Center Minimum Fare: €15.
The minimum fare is communicated in advance by the Operator or the Taxiweb System. By accepting the service confirmation, the user agrees to the minimum fare conditions offered by the dispatch center.
Taxis can arrive at the pickup location with the meter reading a maximum of €4.5.
Parcel Delivery Service:
Dispatch Center Minimum Fare: €7.5.
Taxis can arrive at the pickup location with the meter reading a maximum of €4.5, plus an additional €4.30.
The Operator will inform you of the minimum fare in advance.
Service Abandonment or Cancellation Cost
If the “User” cancels the service after it has been dispatched (i.e., the taxi is already on its way), the following minimum fares apply:
Conventional Taxi: €10
Trusted Taxi: €16
Premium Taxi: €22
IMPORTANT: After our review, the “User” may receive an SMS, email, or phone call to pay the minimum taxi fare. Failure to pay this amount will result in the cancellation of any of our services for that “User,” and we reserve the right of admission for future taxi service requests. Taximeter-Priced Service

Fixed-Price Service
A predefined price, requiring you to enter both origin and destination to calculate it.
Includes 5 minutes of waiting at the pickup point.
Does not allow intermediate stops or changes to origin/destination, nor does it permit parcel deliveries or pet transport.
Minimum service fare: €8.
Applies the rates set by AMB (see the “Fixed Price” section at https://taxi.amb.cat/s/es/usuari/tarifes.html) and only to the “Conventional Taxi” service mode.

Service Abandonment or Cancellation (Taxi on the Way)
The cost to abandon or cancel the service once the taxi is dispatched is €8.
IMPORTANT: After our review, the “User” may receive an SMS, email, or phone call to pay the minimum taxi fare. Failure to pay this amount will result in the cancellation of any of our services for that “User,” exercising our right of admission for future requests. The minimum fare is communicated in advance by the Operator or the Taxiweb System, and by accepting the service confirmation, the user agrees to the minimum fare conditions offered by the dispatch center.
Taxis can arrive at the pickup location with the meter reading a maximum of €5.00.
Adapted Taxi Service:

If the “User” cancels the service once it has been dispatched (i.e., the taxi is already on its way), the following minimum charges apply:

Trusted Taxi: Dispatch center minimum fare: €5.00
Premium Taxi: Dispatch center minimum fare: €5.00
Adapted Taxi: Dispatch center minimum fare starting at €5.00, depending on the origin–destination conditions
IMPORTANT: After our assessment, the “User” may receive an SMS, email, or phone call to pay the minimum fare for the taxi service. Failure to pay this amount will result in the cancellation of any of our services for that “User,” as we reserve the right of admission for future taxi requests. All taxi drivers apply the APC rates during the trip via taximeter (more info here).
MINIMUM FARES FOR THE APP SERVICE
Taximeter-Priced Service
The same dispatch center fares mentioned above apply.
Fixed-Price Service
A predefined price, requiring both the origin and destination to be specified in order to calculate it.
Includes 10 minutes of waiting time at the pickup point.
Does not allow intermediate stops or changes in origin/destination, nor parcel delivery or pet transport.
Minimum service fare: €12.
Applies the rates set by the APC and is valid only for “Conventional Taxi” service type.

Service Abandonment or Cancellation (Taxi on the Way)
Once the taxi has been dispatched, the cost to abandon or cancel the service is €5.

- Weekdays (Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00): minimum fare €10
- Nights, weekends, and holidays: minimum fare €12
Immediate Services
- No minimum fare applies; charges are as indicated by the meter.
Urban Rates
- Rate 1.
Weekdays and the day before a holiday, from 07:00 to 21:00: minimum fare €4.40 - Rate 2.
Monday to Thursday on weekdays from 00:00 to 07:00 and from 21:00 to 24:00; Friday and the day before holidays from 00:00 to 07:00 and from 21:00 to 22:00; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 07:00 to 22:00. During Holy Week from 07:00 to 21:00; during the April Fair from 07:00 until 20:00; and on December 24th and 31st from 00:00 to 22:00. Minimum fare €5.47 - Rate 3.
Friday and the day before holidays from 22:00 to 24:00; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 00:00 to 07:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00. During Holy Week from 00:00 to 07:00 and from 21:00 to 24:00; during the April Fair from 20:00 to 07:00 the following day. Minimum fare €6.85

For a suitcase or a bag weighing more than 10 kg (up to 4), excluding carry-on luggage, wheelchairs, or baby strollers: €0.57

Interurban Rates
Monday to Friday on weekdays from 06:00 to 22:00: minimum fare €3.83
Monday to Friday on weekdays from 22:00 to 06:00; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 00:00 to 24:00: minimum fare €4.51
The meter will start counting when the passenger and their luggage are properly seated, and the destination has been communicated to the driver, except for services contracted via telecommunications, in which case the meter will start from the vehicle’s departure point with a maximum equivalent to the applicable minimum fare for each schedule.

SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
If the “User” decides to cancel a service after it has been accepted by the taxi driver, the driver may act in accordance with current legislation regarding reservation cancellations.
AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
The system may automatically cancel any type of requested service through any request channel when no taxis in the area are found or willing to carry out the service, whether it’s an immediate service or a pre-booking. Notice is given by phone call to the number provided, up to a maximum of 15 minutes after the requested time or the time set in a pre-booking. LIABILITIES
The “Company” is liable only for damages caused by installing the website on the “User’s” device, except for those resulting from unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. It is not responsible for the loss of the “User’s” data that may result from the application’s operation, as it is the “User’s” obligation to keep a corresponding backup.
The “Company,” to the best of its abilities and with due diligence, will try to ensure that the taxi drivers who have accepted the service requested by the “User” respect the rights of the “Users” and fulfill the obligations imposed on them. To this end, in the event of any violation by the taxi driver, the “User” may request the “Company” to provide the necessary information so that these consumer and user rights are upheld and the obligations are fulfilled.
As a mediator, the “Company” is not liable if the selected taxi driver fails to provide, in whole or in part, the mediated service, or if they do so with a delay or fail to show up for the taxi transport service requested by any available channel (Phone, WEB forms, TaxiPC, TaxiWeb, or the Eltaxi App).
Misuse of the website by third parties using the “User’s” application is not the responsibility of the “Company.”
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The Provider (Taxi Driver) has the right to refuse to transport any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or in any other circumstance described in the current Taxi Regulations of the city or municipality where they are located.
Neither we nor any of our Providers accept any liability for additional expenses the “User” may incur as a result of such behavior.
The consumption of alcohol and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited in the vehicles. Smoking inside the vehicles is not allowed.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content such as texts, layouts, the ELTAXI033 brand, graphics, images, trademarks, subdomains, and software used on the ElTaxi 033 website are the exclusive property of the “Company.” The “User” is prohibited from copying, modifying, or altering any such content, including the access, use, or storage of personal data that may be accessed through the application.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
TAXI SERVICES PROVIDER S.L. is not part of the European Commission’s voluntary conflict resolution process.
These General Terms and Conditions, as well as any relationship between the “Company” and the “User,” shall be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the existence, content, and/or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions, or from any relationship between the “Company” and the “User,” shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
The “Company” reserves the right to make changes at any time to its Website and to these General Terms and Conditions.
