DATA RETENTION
TAXI SERVICES PROVIDER S.L. informs the User that, as a data hosting service provider and in accordance with Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains, for a maximum period of 12 months, the information necessary to identify the origin of the hosted data and the moment the service provision began.
The retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications and will only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public security, and may be made available to judges, courts, or the relevant Ministry upon request.
The communication of data to law enforcement authorities will be carried out in accordance with personal data protection laws and with the utmost respect for users’ privacy.
PROTECTION OF HOSTED INFORMATION
The Data Controller takes all necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Although the Controller makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by Users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data that has been deleted by Users, as such data may have been permanently deleted and/or modified since the last backup.
The services provided through the application, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups when the loss is attributable to the User. In such cases, a recovery fee may be applied based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, and always with the User’s prior approval. Data restoration is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to reasons attributable to the Data Controller.
EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
TAXI SERVICES PROVIDER S.L. informs the User that they have the right to access, rectify, restrict, delete, object to, and request the portability of their personal data. These rights may be exercised by sending a request via email to: info@radiotaxi033.com
Additionally, the User has the right to withdraw their previously granted consent at any time, and to file a complaintwith the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) regarding the processing of their personal data.
